While wandering the wasteland, Alice stops to rest against a dead tree … something catches her eye, it is hope in the form of something green growing amidst the devastation.

This sculpture is made of wood & paper mache and paint with a pewter figure, and a brass plant. It also includes pieces of coal. The coal, represents the cause of the calamity.
